- Return Process: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please securely package the item and affix the label to the package. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
- Refund: Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
- Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made jewelry, may not be eligible for return due to their unique nature. Additionally, any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
